I can personally and firmly attest that theology is more than the study of God. Because God wants more than that. He wants us to learn about him, but he also wants us to know him (see Psalm 139, where King David was concerned about God’s thoughts). That means that while knowledge is important, obedience, spiritual disciplines, and sacrifice are just as important – and pivotal. Because if you are not transformed by your experience of God, then something is wrong – and the problem is not God. So look through some of these topics below and see what you think.
